Made from fresh hop leaf and cone.

Usage:  Hops Essential Oil can calm, relieve stress and assist with better sleep. Diluted 1:100 in a carrier oil for massage or 1-3 drops in a diffuser.

Precautions: Hops is generally regarded as save but not recommended for children under 12 years or during pregnancy and lactation.
