The PresAr™ process preserves green plant material for a 60 day post-harvest period without any degradation.
This technology is suited for applications in the food and beverage industries and can be applied to a wide range
of plants inclusive of perishable fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, plant specimens and herbs.
Contained Atmospheric Packaging specifically designed for the PresAr™ system is used to preserve fresh hops.
This technology has already been deployed in hops preservation and is adopted by industry leaders. The
application passed food safety tests and quality is comparable to the day of packing. Our team is confident to
deploy the technology on a large scale for a 60 day period post picking.
